Save changes Prompt when there is no change

Hi...
I had a file 2003 version and I saved as macro enabled file in 2010 version. Now if I opened the file and tried to close without doing any change still asking "do you want to save change" where I have not done any changes. This keep coming.. Can someone tell me the reason and what to be done to get rid of this prompt when there is no changes.

Your spreadsheet could have info e.g. =TODAY() that changes data within the spreadsheet? I have searched the internet and so far no other solution. It's no comfort to you but I too get annoyed when this feature pops up when you open and close a spreadsheet, so it's a good question and one I shall continue looking into!

I had a INDIRECT formula used in the sheet...that was the reason.. Hope this information will help someone in the forum.. Thanks everyone who contributed to this thread.
