What do I do so I do not loose foreign characters wne opening CSV Files

    Hello,

When I open a CSV file using note pad, I can see all foreign characters correctly, but when I open the same file using Excel all the foreign characters come out wrong.

What do I have to do so I can open the CSV file in Excel and get all the foreign characters correctly?

    Please help!!??

You need UTF-8 encoding. See the following link which has two different fixes to your problem.
