How can I reference a sheet by forming the name of the sheet from a separate cell?

Hi

I need to reference a sheet in my workbook by forming the name of the sheet from a separate cell.

Specifically:

Assume my workbook has two sheets, one named MySheet. In this sheet:

Cell A1 has the value query123456789
Cell A2 needs to reference a cell (P2) in the second worksheet named query123456789

What do I write in cell A2?

I hope I have illustrated my problem clearly. If not, please let me know what I need to clarify.
