    Excel to PDF file all columns together?

    When I'm converting from excel worksheet to PDF I want to keep the information from all the columns together, instead of the program deciding to take the first two columns first then the next two columns. I have about 5 columns that I want to stay together when the file is being converted. Thank you.

    Do you have all five columns of information on one sheet? Or do you have, for example, two columns of information on one sheet and three columns of information on another sheet?

    All columns are on the same sheet. Excel just likes to make it only two columns per page.

    Re: Excel to PDF file all columns together?

    gosutag,

    There are only two things that come to mind at the moment:

    [1] Perhaps change the print setting in Excel so that if you were to print in Excel (as opposed to PDF), all five columns will appear on one page. One way to do this is to view your Page Break settings. This should reveal how Excel is dividing the columns across pages. Then adjust your Print Area settings accordingly. This should allow you to force Excel to keep all five columns on one page. Hopefully, that also forces your PDF file to show all five columns on one page. However, this solution sounds way to easy, and I am guessing that it would have been of the first things you would have checked already.

    [2] The other idea is to change your page setting to Landscape. This will give you some more width.

    Other than this, I am not sure what else to suggest.

    SOLUTION(MS EXCEL 2010):
