How to one text be converted to another

Dear all,

Specific software in my company generate specific information in table (table is huge a1:25000 and from A to BT) what I need to do is that certain text in that huge table is having different symbols or codes- but meaning is same) for example: "Advanced training" is under different codes like ST-PIMTL, RT-QQWE and TY-LPONT - but as I said it is a same for me and company. What i would like to achieve is to cut numbers of code in simple training names.
I would like to all above code be recognized as unique code (which I will choose-like TR001) so instead of having 7 codes for one training to have 1.

I hope somehow i did explain you what i want.

use find and Replace All
Press Ctrl + G

Enter What you want to find in Find what place
Enter what do you want to replace with in Replace with place
then click on Replace all

Thanks and I'm glad that I'll be more involved i process of learning with you.

Unfortunately I'm not able to share document with someone out of company.

As I tried to explain some training's even if they are same one have different codes.... Once I generate training list in
excel, when I want to countif number of conducted training's I have to go and check those codes manually and correct them before I do counting. If I succeed to some of those codes automatically convert in one code it will save time and cut table list.
