Select which version of Excel to use?

I have Excel 2013 & 2010 loaded on my notebook. If I open a workbook from Outlook, it uses 2013. How do I make 2010 the default version?
    Thanks in advance

Open Windows Explorer and find an Excel document (xlsx). Right click on that file, click on Open With and if only Excel is listed and not Excel 2010, click on the Browse button and navigate to the executable file for your installation of Excel 2010 and select it and make it the default.
