Inserting rows with specific properties

I have a sheet where, starting at row 4, each row will follow the same format. Like so:

I have cells that will have data validation and cells that are calculated based on other cells in the same row. When I go to add a new entry, I want to push all of the entries down (row4->row5) and have the new row be blank but behave the same as before. What's the easiest way to do this? I feel like it should be super easy but I couldn't find anything like this when I searched the forums, so sorry if it's obvious or the thread exists 1000 times.

Use the format painter create the row where you want it then use the format painter on the row below it (the one that was 4 but is now 5). If that is not an option you could create a blank row 4 with the proper formatting and then hide it. Each time you created a new row (in row 5 now) it would take on the formatting of the hidden and blank row 4. These are the quickest easiest ways I can think of. Good luck!

Thank you. I just found tables for the first time and I think it'll do the trick. If not I'll try what you suggested.
