    Hiding Zero Values when using information from another tab

    Hello

    I working on a spreadsheet where I am referencing values from another tab but I don't want to show 0 in the front tab.

    eg

    Tab 1 ( Final Cost)
    in column cells B15 to B30 I refer to Tab 2 ( Material Breakdown) =Material BreakdownE5 to +MaterialBreakdownE20.

    In columns B15 to B20 I get 0's in the cells, is there a way of making these cells blank until there is a value entered in E5 to E20 on Tab 2.

    Thanks for your help.

    Try using a custom format...

    Custom Format
    • Right click cell(s) (or Ctrl + 1)
    • Format Cells
    • Number
    • Custom
    • Type: 0;;;
    HTH
    Regards, Jeff
