Question How Do Extract All Images From A Excel Spreadsheet All At Once Into A Folder?

    Hi Guys,

I have about 40 Spread sheets that all contain many images that I need to upload to a website. How can I do this with out having to click “save picture” for every single image? Anyone who could help me with this – it would be extremely appreciated.
Please try to explain it to me in “Dummy” Terms; I’m not too advanced in Excel Yet. I am also using a Mac if that makes any difference but I doubt it.

    Thank You In Advance!!!

Save Picture must be a feature of Mac version as it is not available in Excel on PC.

Have tou tried saving the workbook as HTML? This should store all images in a sub folder.

when you open the html output in a browser do you see the images?

The subfolder and the exported images should automatically be created.

Yes, I see the images but the there is also the text too, when I highlight them all it won't allow me to save it. How do I see the subfolder or create a subfolder? Ive never created a subfolder before....

So if the html renders correctly that would suggest the images are available.

If the file is called Book1 then in the same folder as you saved the file should be a folder called Book1_Files. In that folder should be the images.
