Mail Merging (All records are vertical)

So I have a database that I want to use for a mailer. The records were imported vertically. Is there any way organize the data so I can do a mail merge and print labels (while also eliminating the phone, email web)?

    Example:
    Northeast Construction Management Inc
    220 Corporate Park Drive*
    Pembroke , Massachusetts 02359*
    RDUBOIS@##########.COM
    781-826-####
New England Build & Restore, Inc.
    590 Washington Street*
    Pembroke , Massachusetts 02359*
    mcrowley@####.com
    781-826-####
Final Coat, LLC dba Rhino Shield of New England*
    95 Church Street. Suite 4A*
    Pembroke , Massachusetts 02359*

    Hi fiberglassgutter

The attached file will work, but it depends on there being 5 lines for each record (as per your sample)

Once you have filled the columns A and C:H as far as your data goes, you need to filter on column H

Let me know if you need further assistance.
