Flagging an inventory item and moving it to next sheet, to pick the item from storage.

I am trying to make my life easier but I am stuck at this point. Basically I have an inventory list on sheet one. In that sheet there is a column that says that says "Pick Order". Now what I am trying to accomplish is that, if the "pick order" column has a value of 1 then that row gets copied to the second sheet which is "Inventory Pick List". This means that I need to move those items from storage to the store.

Secondly, what I would like to do if possible is that on the "inventory pick list sheet”, there is a column that says 'picked yes or no”. This will have a value of 1 or 0. If picked = 1 then the column "quantity picked' from 'inventory pick list sheet" will be deducted from "QTY in hand' column of the inventory list.

To make it short, when I am at the store I would like to mark 1 or 0 in the 'pick order' column. Then when I am at the storage I can look at the "inventory pick list sheet' and pick the inventory. When I mark it as 'picked yes or no' then it’s automatically subtracted from 'qty in hand' essentially updating the inventory in hand.

I am still learning excel and I cannot believe how much potential this program has, I can do all this just with my phone and drop box and never have to worry about losing my data or paper lists!

Ok, so after tinkering with it all night, I figured most of it out ( albeit a bit primitive).

I have it set as, if pick order column is set to 1, then that brand and item description gets copied to the "inventory pick list" perfect. Then if quantity picked is 1,2,3 etc then net units on hand substracts the amount picked from inventory on hand. This gives me net inventory on hand. also good. Only thing I can't figure out is when I type Yes in the "picked yes or no" column, I need the net inventory to copy the data into "qty in hand" so that it updates current inventory after items have been picked.?

Any ideas? Please help =) I am trying to learn.
