customer id conditional formatting

Hello. I have two types of customer IDs. Below are examples

1) 1111 3333 jimbo
2) 1111 jimbo

I want to do conditional formatting but just on the Id's that start with 4 numbers. The problem is that both types of customers start with 4 number and I can't get around this.

A related issues is that I want to conditional format all customers that start with "MB" (not case sensitive)

1) mb joe john

How can I do this?
