Hashtaging/Tagging Excel Cells?

I work in retail. Each cell in my sheet has a story of a customer interaction. I want to "tag" these cells with various descriptors - like "difficult customer" or "successful interaction".

I need a way to search the tags and see all the results grouped together. I want it to work like a Twitter hashtag search - you see all the results that contain that hashtag grouped together in the results.

Is there a way to do this with my Excel file? Filters? Access database? IF functions?

I have a suggestion, create a Data Validation Drop Down list on each row next to each story.

You can choose from the drop down the most suitable option & then you can filter them into groups based on your selections.
