Copy cells with text and pics to new cells while retaining all formatting and spacing?

Hello

I have a report I've created where each page is a separate sheet. Different situations require I use / add the relevant page.
Each sheet is 40 cells in width by 47 deep - narrowed to fit on a single printable page. This is done to allow for columns and check boxes, etc..

The Top 3 cells and the entire width are taken up by the header. The 1st row is deeper than the rest and has the company logo in the middle with a trade logo on either side - three separate tif files. The next two cells have the report title in it.

Is there any way to copy this header with the tifs and keep the spacing when I paste to a new sheet so the header is the same?

Is there a way to do this to a new sheet so that row and column widths are also retained / copied?
