Data Validation Drop List

I was wondering if there is a way to see all the choices on a drop list. Currently the drop list only shows 8 choices but I am wanting to see all 32 choices eliminating the need to scroll the list. I have attached a picture.

Any help is appreciated.

That is a restriction of using a data validation drop-down. However, you can use a combo-box instead and that will allow you to display more than 8 lines. Debra Dalgleish shows how to set this up here:

If you have all 32 names in a list, you just need to change the data validation to include all 32 rows.

Where do you have the list of names?

Edit: Nevermind, I misunderstood the question.

Create a combo Box,
Set Form Control to the list of selections you want shown,
Change number of choices to match the size of your list,
Set the cell to display the selection in.

go developer menu, draw the combo box from form control insert place. go to property link the data and set the no of item show
