Sales Goals - using rolling 12 month sales and minimum monthly sales

I have a sales level that I need to track...My rolling 12 months' sales must be $85,000 and my currently monthly sales must be $7,000. I have a sheet that tracks the $85,000 and tells me what I need to achieve that, but I haven't figured out how to include the $7,000 monthly minimum....

The chart below is what I have. So for example, this month it's telling me I only need to sell another 3016.46 to hit the $85,000 rolling 12, but I actually need to hit $4821.79 to meet the $7k minimum.

Can someone help me with this?

While calculating 'Goal' use this formula

    =MAX(7000,85000-Rolling 12 month total)
    Life's a spreadsheet, Excel!

Thank you! So I guess I need another column to tell me what I have left to do in October? I like to enter my sales as I submit them so I know what I still need to do.

Don't you already have a 'Goal' column for each month? Hard to say without looking at a sample spreadhseet

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Yes, I do have a goal column...I would love for that to adjust as I enter data into the current month. So at the beginning of the month, it will show me what I need to do to reach the $85k and $7k, and as I enter sales for the month, have it adjust accordingly.

See attached. I made it with a Goal column and a "left to do this month" column...would love for these 2 to be combined, if possible. sample.xlsx

    Thanks!

Re: Sales Goals - using rolling 12 month sales and minimum monthly sales

    In D32
    =MAX(0,7000-B32,85000-C32)
    Copy down

This will also ensure you do not have negative values

In fact you could do away with Column C too. Try
    =MAX(0,7000-B32,85000-SUM(B21:B32))
