Date format while copying data from another source

I have some data coming in from another source system which has the date format as "DD-MM-YYYY" but while pasting it to Excel (2007) sheet some date fileds has just DD-MM-YY format which disrupts my macro. I did changing the language settings to "English(UK)" ,which i wanted, and changed the same in Excel options as well. But unfortunately it doesnt work.

    Any Help

    Thanks,

Perfect! it works. But just wondering is there a way to get it done without manual intervention! By changing some settings?

Thumbs up Need a formula for "less than or equal to" a date

    Hello,

    I have large data on SheetB on which the ColumnM shows the maturity date as below;

    ColumnM
    16-Oct-13
    17-Oct-13
    18-Oct-13
    19-Oct-13
    20-Oct-13
    21-Oct-13
    22-Oct-13
    23-Oct-13
    24-Oct-13
    25-Oct-13
    26-Oct-13
    27-Oct-13
    28-Oct-13
    29-Oct-13

So basically i need a formula on SheetA to see any dates are <= today's date for eg; 21-Oct-2013.

    Appreciate any help!
