Hi All,.
I am working on a way to make a presentation to a group wherein the first page of the workbook summarizes information from the following pages. Some of the information on the workbook pages should not be visible to the entire audience. By using Sky Drive, I am able to have several people logged in to the same excel document using the same log in information. This works great for me in that I am able to have several people inputting information into the individual workbook pages (with the private info) with only the summary page showing to my audience (all the non-private info.)
My question for you, oh Super Geniuses of the world known as Excel, is whether or not there is a way to make only the information in the cells visible on the summary page. In other words, all the audience would see is the cells being updated, there would be no ribbon, column headings, etc - just the rectangle containing the information. Do I need to embed the spread sheet itself into a Word or PowerPoint document, and by doing so does that mean that it no longer updates in live time? Such a quandry......
