Sorting Excel Text in Column by Frequency

I have a spreadsheet with a column of company names which corresponds with the names of employees at these companies. I would like to sort for the frequency which company names show up. i.e. There are six employees at Google, 4 at Facebook, and 2 at Yelp so ideally the 6 Google employees would show up at the top of the spreadsheet, followed by the Facebook employees, and finally the Yelp employees.

If the company names are in column A you could enter this in a convenient column and then sort the data by the convenient column:

=COUNTIF($A$1:$A$12,A1)

Change the references to match your data.
