Drop Down Box and Printing Associated Regional Forms

    Hi All,

I have a dropdown box which selects a store (90+), which displays data tables and graphs based on which store is selected. The stores are assigned to 5 Regional Managers and they have to scroll through the list to select their sites to printi each store details (approximately 20 sites each and an 8 page document). I am looking at a macro button for them to click to get all of their site details printed. Playing around with 2 stores, I have come up with the following, but it prints out 2 versions of the same store. I am needing something in the middle to allow me to assign the right stores to each regional manager.

'something is needed in here to allow each of the regional managers stores to be printed one after one with the click of a button

The way they get there data at the moment is in a PDF Format, but even when recording the macro, selecting site, clicking on the PDF button, nothing happens.

    Can anyone help?

    Regards,
