Performance and potential grid (nine box grid) - multiple values

Hi Guys!

Iīm new in the forum and is my first question. I created a table where based in several competences anyone can evaluate performance and potential. My issue comes when based on that result (colum Y in "Perf&Pot" Sheet) I want to export that to a nine box matrix (Sheet 2 "grid" in the attached excel). As could be several people in the same box I wasnīt able to com up with a formula that solves this.

I didnīt use macros as I’m not an expert!

Anyone that can help me?

Welcome to the forum.

You obviously have some idea of what the finished result will be - so perhaps you could share it with us? The 3x3 grid may be a standard report, but I am not familiar with it (and I do not understand the "igual" reference in C2). Will the results be just for one person?

The example of all evaluations being 2 is not particularly helpful, so it would be better to use different figures (perhaps including the minimum and maximum values). So that we can see where the numbers are coming from.
