Filtering Data With Any Blank Columns

I have a large employee list with with a number of information columns (emails, addresses, salaries, departments, positions, etc.), and I want to filter this data to show only employees with blanks in any of these columns. Is there a way to do this without having to filter on the blanks in a column, highlight the employee name, filter on the blanks in the next column, highlight the employee names, etc., and then filter on the highlighted names to get the list of employees missing information?

    Hi,

Can we add one check column at the end and enter the countblank formula; then highlight anything greater than zero?

    Please check attached s/s.

select the data you have. go to conditional formatting- inthat select new rule-then select format only cells that contains- then select " format only cells with "blank"" and click format - then you choose the colour you wish to like to have. then you data base is reflected all the cells with the colour you chose where the cell is blank.

Thanks, I like the "countblank" column idea. I will give that a try.
