i have a lab result page, that will contain hundreds of results every day.
for clinical usage, last 4 results are important, the other is just for long term data storage.
can you help me to create a filter by VBA to only show last 4 rows?
starts from g7:g51 to infinite...

I am having a hard time trying to make out exactly what you want, I only see 2 cells with what looks like input data in themCould you provide a few sample answers, and explain how you got them?
