Take a look at the attached workbook and see if it does what you need.
You can change the values in the following Const declarations to suit your own requirements:
There is a button on the "Data Base" worksheet which displays a UserForm into which new data can be entered. In view of this, you probably don't need the "Input" worksheet any more.Please Login or Register to view this content.

How?
New quick method:
Select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Solved. To undo, select Thread Tools-> Mark thread as Unsolved.
Or you can use this way:
How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
