If the sell is empty use another cell

hello,

i am trying to create a new excel worksheet, at this book i am using 3 sheet,
2 sheets for edit info, and the 3rd one for collect information for theese sheet and shows all info in one page,
i need to write if the cell is empty go to other cell (which i show) and use it,
how can write this formula,

for the attached sheet i need to collect datas fr Sayfa2!C3 & Sayfa3!C3 and if the cell is empty Sayfa2!C3 it should show me Sayfa3!C3 at Sayfa1!C3
