How to change 3 rows of numbers into a date?

Hey everyone,

I was wondering is there a formula to change three rows of numbers into a date?

Example:

COL.....A...B....C
ROW....1...1..1986

How do I change the 1 1 1986 to say 1/1/1986 as a date without having to physically type it? Thanks!
