Attendance tracket

Hi folks:

Im looking for a tracker, it will be for a band which would have 40 members

I would need the following

Name
Instrument
Attended practice
Band dues paid

It would be on a calendar for a month, should be able to pull a report on a member at any stage.

Well, I would suggest you to go for some ready-made sheets because what you are asking for is so simple and these types of sheets are easily available on the internet. Even you can find excel dashboards samples for free I've got that from a website and that worked for me.
