    Dynamic Stock subtraction

    Hi Guys,

I have two worksheets, sheet 1 detailing all my current stock with part numbers and stock quantity and sheet2 containing a parts tracking sheet.

What I want to do is to input part numbers and quantities that I use into the part tracking sheet (sheet2) and have the quantities automatically removed from the current stock (sheet2).

    Can anyone help with this?

    Thanks

    Dan

Generally you could probably slap a SUMIF on the end of the current stock formula to subtract how many parts are called by the other sheet.

Can you post an example spreadsheet?
