creating a formula or macro to subtract 1 number from multiple cells

I have an inventory list of stock, but multiple items are used in every one product i sell (e.g every time I sell a flower hair tie, I decrease in one flower, one clip and one gem). I'm looking for a way to create a button that I can press to subtract one from every item of stock used in that product. So for example if i clicked my flower button my inventory would show that I had one less flower, clip and gem but if i pressed my broach button I'd have one less flower, gem and clasp. Do I have to create a Macro? please Help

Welcome to the Forum LolaArmstrong! You might not need a macro, but whatever Lola wants, Lola gets Anyway, for any kind of solution I would want to see how your data is organized. I also would need to see how you indicate the inventory items that are included in each finished product. Can you post your file?

To post a file:

1. Under the text box where you type your reply click the Go Advanced button.
2. In the next screen look above the reply box and click the "paper clip" icon. You will get a pop-up screen.
3. In the pop-up, click Add then Select to select a file from your local drive
4. Click the Upload button to upload the file
5. Click Done to attach it.

It will be displayed as an attachment underneath your post text. Alternatively as the last step you can click the Insert Inline button and a hyperlink to the file will be inserted directly into your post text in the spot where your cursor is set at the moment you click the button.
