Converting hyperlink bookmarks to PDF

Hello,

I've just finished a three hours intensive search on the web for enabling hyperlinks on an Excel file that is converted to PDF.
I found out that Acrobat (or any other PDF converter/printer) is not able to read the Excel formula (like mine: =HYPERLINK("#'" &$A12&"'!A1";$A12)) and therefore the link does not work.
I have tried many PDF tools including Excel's own PDF converter, but nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have a tip on how to get a hyperlink or bookmark formula in Excel acting as an actual hyperlink in a PDF file ?

Where you PDF file is stored, in what folder / drive / or other?

In a folder on my PC. Actual it is a Dropbox folder. Does that have anything to do with my issue?
