How to mark all duplicated values by one word only?

Hey guys, I have a little problem, I have a very long column and I need to figure out how to find and mark all the duplicated words, by one word in all cells
for example
1. fundtech ltd.
2. fundtech
3. biocare ltd
4. biocare inc

all the data is in one column, and I dont know how to program in vb or macro

I would appreciate any help

Select the column, then goto Data=>Filter=>custom=>contains type in what you want to look for.

thanks for the quick response, I know that option, it doesnt help so much, i need to find and mark all the duplicated values which are on the same coulomn, the option you suggested finds something specific value or word, I need something that runs in the column in order to mark all the duplicated values. My condition for duplication is enough one word form three or two that is the same, will be a duplicated value.
My problem is that I dont know how to do that.

I wasn't 100% sure exactly what you wanted.. but give this a try..

It will change the font color of any word in Column 1 that exists more than 1 time..
