How to rank multiple columns by different contribution levels to rank in Excel?

    Dear Users

I want to rank 6 rows of data using 10 columns, but each column has different contribution levels to rank it. It means 1st column is more important than 2nd and 2nd one is also important than 3rd column etc to rank.
Here is link to download my data

Please help me to rank it,
    Thank you

    Oh that's bad.
    Could you post some function?

    My data range is A1:K8.
A1:A8 or 1st column is just name of data
1st row is just rank which one should be high contribution to rank between 1-10
B2:K2 is just name of each column
Actual numeric data range is B3:K8 in excel sheet.

So, I hope now you can do this
