Drop Down Box as Conditional Formatting

In this sheet, I have made the green boxes (H21-H25) as drop down boxes. My ideal outcome is to have CC tips AND Cash tips (Columns I & J) auto populate once a name has been selected from the drop down box. Column I would populate from D26, and Column J from G26. For example, if I select "Amy" from the drop down list in H21, can I21 then auto populate $87.50 from D26, and J21 auto populate $20.00 from G26? Sometimes there is only one person working, and sometimes there are more.Tip.xlsx

Quick question. Is there a way to make colums I and J "0" if I select the "Blank" drop down option?

    Change this:
    =IF(H21="";"";$D$26/COUNTA($H$21:$H$25))

    in this:
    =IF(H21="";0;$D$26/COUNTA($H$21:$H$25))
