Keep total width fixed for all column

    Dear colleagues,

In the attached sheet, macro is not able to populate exact data style for header when the main sheet is splitted.

    That means
if you see header for sheet data, some the columns were shrinked and some were widened where as splitted sheet header are auto formatted.

is it possible to keep the column width fixed so that the header for "sheet" data is exactly same as the header for remaining splitted sheet (without any space or widened) by modifying the macro.

    Advance thanks

Did you try the macro I gave you in post #4 of your last thread?

This will do what you request.

Thanks yudlugar for your quick response.

That's work fine for that sheet. For the attached sheet, the text in the header is in korean or chinese format. If you see column number B and C, the text are shrinked where as in splitted sheet, the text are widened.

The original requester want the header to be exactly same as that of header for splitted sheet.

Hi - the headers look exactly the same when I run that code on your sheet. Could you have a look in the formatting of columns B and C and describe which options are different.

Re: Keep total width fixed for all column

difference in column width (select the column and right click-->col width)

    Col A in sheet Data :- 18.29
    Col A in sheet "A104", "A102" etc:- 3.43

    Col C in sheet Data :- 6
    Col A in sheet "A104", "A102" etc:- 3.43

Check the newly attached spreadsheet once again. As this is a Chinese project, font size should be perfect for header in all sheet.

    Advance thanks for your help.

Hi - you are not using the code I suggested. Look again at post #4 in your original thread. This is not the same as the code in the template you uploaded and will do what you ask.

Re: Keep total width fixed for all column

    Hello,

I used that one also but same issue is still there.

you put auto-filter option. I am not saying that data looks different
    Now the requirement is different.

Can we fix the column width in the macro
that means if column width in Col A of sheet Data :- 18.29 then Col A in sheet "A104", "A102" etc: will also be 18.29

    See attached document

Hi, I know what the problem is, I already posted the solution to this in your other thread.

You have marked this as solved - is it ok now?
