Workbook reduced in size after a crash, now wont go back to normal size.. :(

Im usually ok with these sort of problems but after MSoffice crashed today, for some reason the workbook i was using reduced in size and i can not no matter how i try get it back to normal screen size.
I am sure its something very simple but some reason I can not fix it.. it will not drag or alter in size at all....

Someone must have a suggestion for me.. please see jpeg

Hi Andy, thanks for your rely, I already have a macro code in module1, I tried putting the code in a new module (2), but no change, am I correct by inserting this code into a new module. Thanks

Andy, I have accidentally fixed it, some reason the workbook was locked, after i unlocked it the workbook opened up to normal size, I am sure that shouldnt have happened, unless it was the code that you gave me helped, will monitor it with and without your code, anyway thanks again
