Highlighting the entire row when a single cell in that row is selected

I am currently doing a large data entry project and I sometimes find it difficult to quickly ensure that I am entering my data in the correct row. Is there anyway (in Excel 2011 for Mac or Excel 2010 for PC) to highlight the entire row when a single cell in that row is selected for data entry? This would allow me to quickly check the row label to ensure that I am in the correct row. Thanks!

I'm guessing it has something to do with copying over VBA (?) but I'm not sure how to do it.
