Hid everything in a spreadsheet

I somehow hid every sheet and all data in a worksheet, when I was trying to hide some columns before sending a comparison file to some colleagues. I know the stuffs there or the completely empty workbook is 3 MBs in size. Most of the stuff is greyed out and I cant figure ouot how to un-hide or bring back anything.

Its to large to attach can someone help!
