Very difficult variance analysis for

Hello. I usually do variance analysis in excel for price and volume changes. However, now I am doing it for deferred revenue which is giving me a huge headache. I've created a model of how the deferred revenue works and I was hoping someone could assist me in coming up with formulas to determine variance for the deferred revenue. I've added additional details on the sheet. Thanks a lot
