Extra row numbers above actual worksheet

Hi, I can't tell if this has been asked/solved elsewhere, but I don't know how to describe it correctly. See the attached image. Excel crashed and when it restarted, those row numbers up top showed up and I can't figure out how to get rid of them. Can anyone help? Thanks. excelrows.jpg

Somewhere multi level column grouping has been applied in that sheet.

Press Ctrl+A twice to select the all cells in the activesheet and press Alt+D+G+U (Or Under Data Menu>>Outline>>Ungroup) select column and give ok...

Repeat this step until it returns to normal stage.

Try click Data ribbon > Ungroup > Clear Outline ...
