Make stacked columns into one row

I converted a pdf file into excel which lists our customers, account #, and various other info. The problem is, b/c the pdf didn’t want to be too long, it has 12 columns and 4 rows for each customer. This is a nightmare for me to use, so I’d like to make each customer’s info on just one row. Is there a way to do this? Thanks ahead of time for any help.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Re: Make stacked columns into one row

First time trying to add files this way. Will retry if I messed up. There are two after options. One shows all of the stacked rows put where they should be and the other shows essentially just the info I need to be copied. ANother solution for me would be to copy items from a certain place to another place if a 3rd cell contains a certain character. In this case, it would be copy items from O3 into AH2 only if A2 ends with a "/" (or begins with a number would also work).

Enter this in AH2 for part two of your problem. The rest of your problem I just don't understand.

    Hi Frazier,

Your title belies your result example, and there are merged columns - is the example result actually the way you want it - or do you want it all neatly put into one row???
