formatting of duplicates/formula for knowing duplicates

hi, any one know how to format to know that there are duplicates in your cell..like for example:
    calf exercise -dec 9
    exercise workout -dec 11
chin ups bodybuilding - dec 9
how to do chin ups - dec 11
chin up exercise - dec 13

i just need to format the first two words excluding the dates so that i would know if i type any of the same word on the following cell or on the next lines.

any one know how to formulate it?thanks

Please attach a sample workbook with enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are demonstrated, mock them up manually if needed. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

    Thanks for the sample file

But please don't quote whole posts -- it's just clutter. If you are responding to a post out of sequence, limit quoted content to a few relevant lines that makes clear to whom and what you are responding.

So please edit post #3 and remove my contents from it.
