Name list in Excel, make as Group Contacts in Outlook

Hi all,

Part Excel question here - is it possible to make a Group Contact in Outlook out of a name list in Excel?

I've a list of names:

Lucy Smith
Jack Sparrow
Steve Spielberg

As I'm emailing the same document to them all, I wish to automatically make [email protected], [email protected], and so on. Am I describing a Mail Merge?

I'm halfway. =SUBSTITUTE(B2," ",".") puts a dot in, so all I need is @companyname.com.

I'm 3/4 there. How do I combine =SUBSTITUTE(B2," ",".") with =CONCATENATE(B12,"@companyname.come") ?

=SUBSTITUTE(B2," ",".") makes John Doe become John.Doe

=CONCATENATE(B12,"@companyname.come") makes John Doe become John [email protected]

I need to make [email protected], preferably in one cell.
