Weekly,Monthly,Annualy results

Dear Excelforum Users.

Wishing you a very happy xmas and happy new year in advanced. I just wanted to thank you all guys for helping me creating my projects.

I have another here ın the attached file.

I am trying to create a reporting page on my useform and ı need excel to Show

Weekly
Montly
Yearly

Results ın Textbox1, 2 , 3
and in addition to this to Show results in chart
Any help would be hıghly appriciated.
