Find Match 2 Criteria and Fill

Need some help from excel gurus. Please see excel attachment.

The setup: Two tabs, "Log" for keeping track of user's info and order # by group. "Form" where users provide order # for the assigned group.

What I want to do: In "Log" tab under each group, find and match email & group number, if match found fill with order #.

Try this formula in D2, down and across:

Select the range D2:E5 and use the following formula as a conditional formatting rule: =D2=0 (font set to white)
