Subtotal function not showing while minimized

I filtered the acc_code by top 10 revenue producers while the accounts are minimized by group. The subtotal of the groups reads 0 when minimized but once I click expand the revenue reads properly. Can anyone explain what is going on with this?

It would help if you could upload a workbook rather than a screenshot. The subtotal function has different function numbers, such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc. which include hidden values and 101, 102, 103, 104 etc. which ignores hidden values. So if you minimize a group, I think it will make the values "hidden" and ignored if you are using a 101 type subtotal value.
