Using find and replace

Hi all,
I have a problem when using find and replace in this sheet, i try to replace sumifs by countif but a warning message "You've entered too few arguments for this function" i don't know what i should do??

sumifs : requires a minimum of 3 arguments, whereas countifs needs 2
