Entering a specific number to effect the number section on another page..

I am working on a concrete pour summary, I would like to have the specific codes on each tab be affected from one summary page. So when I enter a certain number on sheet 1 , it will affect that same number section that is on a different sheet. It will be adding a certain amount to that code section every time its entered. What functions need to be used to make this work..?

I hope I explained this well enough.. Any help will be appreciated.

Not very clear. Could you attach a sample excel file where you would detail what you really want to do?

Can the same cost code exist for more than one building? Because I see you have 3 columns named "Building 1","Building 2" and"Building 3". I suppose you are looking at cost code for the specific building column.

Also, when you say this will always be adding to actual qty, what do you mean?
In your building tabs, there are no data in actual qty column, is this normal? Program or formula will then return zero. Right?
Will you always have only 3 buildings or can this get bigger with time (more tabs).
If so, You might need some macros here.
