add date to a column that contains time

Hi - I have a column that has time format in it, but want to change so that I can add date, too.

For example at present I have '12:04' in cell A126, '12:05' in cell A127 etc., but want it to say '11/4/13 12:04' in cell A126, '11/4/13 12:05' in cell A127. There's a little twist, the times in column A are converted from integer 'times' in column B, that is the 12:04 in column A is the result of an equation that says '=TEXT(B126,"00\:00")', if that matters.

    Plz advise.

thx alot, from Rhode Island USA

    If A1 is time (12:05)
    B1 is date (11/4/13)
    Then C1=A1+B1
