    Depreciation Schedule

Hello. I need some help with a depreciation schedule (spreadsheet attached). For each year there are different %'s that are depreciated and for both years the amounts are depreciated at the same rate for each month. I have a table and I have to manually insert the formula for each row. This is fine if the data is small but if I'm doing multiple years then it gets really time consuming. Can anyone come up with a formula that will replicate the logic (and values of course) in the attached spreadsheet? Thank you.

@bebo021999 That sort of works, but I want a formula that I can copy and paste for the WHOLE table. The formula that you gave me requires that I go to the starting point for each month. C7,D8,E9 etc....

Is it the rule that next row starts at next month?

    Re: Depreciation Schedule

Yes. Each row corresponds to a month. Jan starts depreciating in row 7, feb in row 8, march in row 9. And then it runs the course for 12 months at which time the next year starts to depreciate. Your original formula is good but it would be a lot easier if there was a formula that I could copy across the whole table and that would leave certain spaces empty (for example, the first January will only have data in the first row). Thanks.
