Your question is not very clear. A formula like this can be used to highlight duplicates (assuming they are in column A) =COUNTIF($A$1:A1,A1) dragged down. Are you trying to find duplicates of data that is in one sheet (and not duplicated there) but show up on other sheets? So not duplicated in sheet1 but might be duplicated in sheet2? Are they duplicated - appearing more than once in sheet2 or simply appearing in sheet1 AND in sheet2 which is making them a duplicate?
